Telcon Regions Menu Item
This feature is totally unimplemented, but is meant to be a convenient way
to access the most recently-accessed coordinates from the Region Database, which also doesn't yet exist. The
plan is to have something like the 10 most recently pointed-to coordinates
from the database displayed in this menu, so you can go back and forth
between different regions easily.
