 Here is the list of codes as I understand them:

 A- Order Entry
 B- Regional Release
 C- Release To Factory
 D- Release To/ In Production
 E- Checkpoint in Production
 F- Production Complete, Ready To Ship
 G- Loaded On Ship
 H- Ship Released
 HA- Ship In Transit
 I- Ship Arrival In Port
 IA- Ship Unloading In Port
 L- Loaded On Rail Car (if needed)
 S- Delivered at Dealer
